1. Who we are

Solli App is operated by Vitalmed First Aid Pty Ltd (ABN 63 688 537 859), trading as Solli App, of Shop 6, 1000–1008 Pittwater Rd, Collaroy NSW 2097, Australia ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@solliapp.com.

2. What Solli is (and is not)

Solli is an educational subscription tool that helps people who have completed first aid training keep their knowledge fresh between courses. It provides quizzes, study guides and reminders.

Solli is not medical advice, is not a first aid course, and does not issue, renew or replace any certification. It is not a substitute for nationally recognised training or for professional medical care.

In an emergency, always call 000 and follow the directions of emergency services. Do not rely on the app during an emergency.

3. Clinical guidelines and non-affiliation

Our content is aligned to publicly available Australian guidelines, including those published by ANZCOR, ASCIA and the National Asthma Council. Solli is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by ANZCOR, the Australian Resuscitation Council, ASCIA, the National Asthma Council, or any other guideline body. Guidelines change over time; we make reasonable efforts to keep content current, but you should always follow the most recent official guidance and your training.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.

5. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Solli is offered as a paid subscription for individuals (currently AUD $19 per year) billed through our payment provider, Stripe. Pricing for organisations is available separately and may be governed by a separate agreement. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Free trials and redemption codes may be offered at our discretion. When a trial ends, access requires an active subscription. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

6. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you believe something is wrong with the service, contact us at support@solliapp.com and we will work with you, including providing a refund where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by attempting to access it without authorisation, scraping or copying content for redistribution, reverse engineering, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. You must not share your account so that multiple people use a single subscription.

8. Intellectual property

The Solli name, logo, software and content are owned by or licensed to Vitalmed First Aid Pty Ltd. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own learning while you have an active account. All other rights are reserved.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees referred to in section 6, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim arose. You remain responsible for how you act in any real-world situation, including any emergency.

10. Changes, suspension and termination

We may update the service and these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
