Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Solli App is operated by Vitalmed First Aid Pty Ltd (ABN 63 688 537 859), trading as Solli App, of Shop 6, 1000–1008 Pittwater Rd, Collaroy NSW 2097, Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact: support@solliapp.com.

2. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash). Learning data: your quiz activity, progress, streaks and certification details you choose to add (such as unit codes and issue dates). Payment data: handled by Stripe — we do not store your full card details. Support and correspondence: messages you send us. Technical data: privacy-friendly, aggregated usage analytics.

3. Why we collect it

To provide and improve the service, personalise your refresher schedule, process payments, send service emails (such as account, billing and recertification reminders), respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Where your data lives

Account and learning data is stored with Supabase in the Sydney, Australia region. Some service providers we use may process limited data overseas in the course of providing their services; where that occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protections.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run Solli: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Plausible (privacy-friendly analytics that does not use cookies or track you across sites). Each provider only receives what it needs to perform its function.

6. Emails

We send service emails necessary to operate your account (for example sign-in, billing and recertification reminders). If we ever send marketing emails, you will be able to opt out, and we will comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

7. Security and retention

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, hashed passwords and row-level security on our database. We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted from our systems, subject to any records we must keep by law (such as transaction records).

8. Your rights

You can access and update your details in your account settings, delete your account (which removes your data as described above), or contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

9. Organisations

If your access is provided through your workplace or another organisation, that organisation may see aggregated readiness information about its members. Individual certification details remain personal to you.

10. Changes and contact
